SPORTS PERFORMANCE
For our youth athletes, this is an introduction to strength and conditioning. They will learn the fundaments of explosive and fundamental movements.

This is specifically designed to help athletes return back after graduating from physical therapy and is ready to regain back go their full mental and physical state of well-being and and beyond!

Having a sports medicine background brings a different dynamic to my approach as a strength coach. As a coach, it is my responsibility to collaborate with other coaches, educate parents, and work with my athletes to help combat and reduce the risk of potential injuries by finding weaknesses, muscular imbalances, and abnormal movement patterns that may lead to common overuse or acute injuries.
